Our skilled carvers will hand-carve the Iberico Ham of your choosing wherever you are, whether you are throwing your own party or event.

If necessary, the entire Iberico Ham will be carved during the event; any leftover ham will be vacuum-packed for you.

Iberico Ham from Casa Manolo or your own Iberico Ham from another location is also eligible for our carving service costs.
